Reliability
A belief meets the minimum standard for reliability if the following conditions are met:
- One is able to consistently perceive evidence in favor of this belief.
- One is not able to consistently perceive evidence contrary to this belief.
- The belief is coherent with other beliefs that are the result of consistent perception with an equal or greater degree of directness.
What do you think makes a belief reliable? Please let your voice be heard in the forum.
